Collect Your Empty Jars
Gather all your empty Seamoss gel jars. Whether you have one or ten, every jar returned makes a difference.
Clean Your Jars
Before returning, please wash the jars thoroughly to remove any residue. Clean jars ensure they can be reused or recycled effectively.
Return Your Jars
Notify Us Before Your Next Order! To make the process smooth, please inform us of the number of jars you will be returning with your next order. You can do this by:

Return Your Jars During Pick-Up or Drop-Off
When your order is being picked up or delivered:
Return your clean jars to our delivery person. If you forgot to notify us beforehand, no worries! You can still return the jars and receive a discount code for your next order.
Receive Your Discount Code
Once we receive your notification:
We will provide you with a discount code based on the number of jars you are returning. Use this code during checkout to receive your discount. Or we will honor it if you order your gels via text or dms :)
